I Desire To Be

Greetings to all you Wonderful Blessed Women of God, I am thanking God for his Holy Spirit, my helper this morning. After prayer and worship this morning, I finally got a release or peace about some things that I was praying and believing God for in 2017. Some things he has blessed and assigned me to do concerning my personal desires, family, business, and ministry.

I don't know about you, but I truly desire to be a woman that can talk, walk, teach, and most of all live by these principles of knowing God can and will do. In my prayer time as I begin to cry out, I told God I believe your word. I heard the Spirit of God say so sweet, yet stern, but do you trust it? I said yes! And he said, than daughter where is your peace concerning this matter?

In John 14:27, Christ said peace I leave with you: my peace I give to you; not as the world give, give I to you. I was led to read and meditate on Psalm23. The Lord is my Shepherd (That's Relationship!), I shall not want (That's Supply!), He makes me to lie down in green pastures (That's Rest!), He leads me beside the still waters (That's Refreshment!), He restores my soul (That's Healing!), He leads me in the paths of righteousness (That's Guidance!), For His name sake (That's Purpose!), Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (That's Testing!), I will fear no evil (That's Protection!), For you are with me (That's Faithfulness!) Your rod and your staff they comfort me (That's Discipline!) You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies (That's Hope!), You anoint my head with oil (That's Consecration!), My cup runs over (That's abundance!), Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life (That's Blessings!), And I will dwell in the house of the Lord (That's Security!), Forever (That's Eternity!)

Looking at all the promises God gives us just in this Chapter of Psalms alone is enough to never allow our peace to be disturbed, with worry, anxiety, or concerns. The problem is we never qualify ourselves to receive what he has to offer. The Spirit of God spoke, is trusting God the key to man’s peace? If so how can we trust a God for peace, if we don’t know him or have a relationship with the God we are to trust in? Many times we blame bad circumstances and/or people for the position we find ourselves in. The truth stands in the lack of trust we have in God, we may think we trust God, but when things begin to tighten up we begin to complain, get mad, become irritated about the smallest thing, and grumble over everything. I receive the Holy Spirit word today, and I desire to be that woman. I know that the Almighty God is sovereign (the supreme God, Ruler, King). He knows more than we do about what is best for our lives and the lives of our love ones, business, ministry or circumstances. He is our Sheppard and he knows the needs of his sheep even when they are standing against challenges (attacks) from the enemy.  The very enemies, we open the door to, through our own disobedience.

This is why I challenge you Great! and Mighty! Women of God, do- not react in your emotions to certain things you hear and see. Even in making decisions try not to work in emotions. We know fickle feelings are subject to change. Remember access the situation, see if God is in it at all, is this for me or against me? Than pursue. Trusting God is the key starting point to peace today no matter what happens. When we abide in his peace, we are allowing the words of Psalms 23 to position us to qualify and receive the promises of God.. We have to know that in trusting God all will work out for the good of them who love God and  have been called to purpose. Romans 8:28. Amen!

In your study time read Psalm 23, Rom 8:28, and John 14:27. Have a Peaceful Day in the Lord. Love you much in Christ. Sis B.

Happy Thanksgiving

Good afternoon Beautiful  Women of God,
It can be easy to think that God is obligated to make life easy for us and to remove all of our difficult circumstances. But, the truth is that during hard times God is preparing us for greater things. If He removed the difficult circumstances in our lives, we would probably never mature.
James 1:2-4 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.  (Bible Verse New International Version)
In other words if you are going through trials now, take hope in the fact that almost everyone in the Bible who did great things for God also had to endure great hardships. Therefore, don't always beg God to change your circumstances. Instead, view each as an opportunity for God to change you, making you mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Read and Meditate in your bible study time on James 1:2-4, 2 Corinthians 11:24-27.

SOMETHING TO PONDER ON (think on)

Greetings Blessed Women of God, sharing (3) things to Ponder On: transitive verb to weigh mentally; think deeply about; consider carefully thinking deeply; deliberating; meditating.
Luke 2:19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. (NIV version)

1.       The spirits of complacency, being content were you are causes procrastination and delay to do what you have been called to do, and what you need to do. Complacency: feeling of quiet pleasure or security, often while unaware of some potential danger, defect, or the like; self-satisfaction or smug satisfaction with an existing. Contentment: a state of being

2.      Never allow anyone to know you after the old man, the old nature (unsaved mindset), when speaking and ministering with them.  If they are still operating in the same mindset of seeing you in the yesterday years, they will find fault in everything you say to them and they will operate with you with what they think they know about you or what they heard about you. You than will begin to respond and perform out of your old nature, that has been dead for years. You can allow that person to be resurrected.  Even so, you are not to know a person after the old man. Especially if they are going through the metamorphosis stage (changing). You can also cause someone to backtrack by what you say. This is an old trick of the enemy to bring strife and cause division. Owe no man anything but to love them. 2Corinthians 5:17 means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun.

3.       Be mindful not to get un-balanced and get distracted with your own thoughts and old ways of doing things. Proverb 11:1 a false balance is an abomination to the LORD, but a just weight is his delight).  Un-balance: irrational or unsound; erratic, biased; one-sided. Not exhibiting sound judgment.  Distraction: Prevent (someone) from giving full attention to something. Divert (attention) from something. To cause to turn away from the original focus of attention or interest.
